In the center of the Coronado, California, there is Coronado Brewing Company. The Company looks quite cozy from outside and inside are quite cosy also and when the staff put fire in the fire place, place got even more cozy. We were quite early in the “saloon” but soon we were fallowed by many customers.
They have 13 beers on tap and you can buy flight of 5 beers if you can’t choose which one you like to taste or if you want just taste as many as possible. For those, who don’t drink (like me) don’t worry: there are also non-alcoholic drinks and really delicious menu! After visiting Donut Bar in San Diego in the morning, I wasn’t hungry yet, but the nachos looked so good that I ended up eating the most of them (coriander and chili… mmm… my favorite). This truly is so legendary dish that we had to make it at home couple of months later, SO GOOD!
So, I stuffed myself full and hubby got his flight. What does beer enthusiastic say about Coronado Brewing Company?
“A bit soulless brewpub in Coronado. Service was friendly and prompt, beers decent and prices reasonable but something was missing. But it wasn’t the wi-fi. This might sound negative but it isn’t.”
That plus mine “quite nice” we ended up in “Kind of nice place” grade. That isn’t that bad! If something good, I’m going to steal the chilinacho recipe to my brew pub wedding! So Cheers!
